By purchasing a cake / cupcake / bouquet /dessert from Chaqueta Cakes it is assumed that you have read and accept
my terms and conditions in full.
All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact specifications of design and size of
cake/cupcakes/bouquet/dessert.
All payments are taken in full at time of order.
All orders are made to order and available for pick up from Chaqueta Cakes.
Any non collected orders due to sickness or extreme circumstances are refundable only at Chaqueta Cakes discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any order placed via this online shop should we deem it
unreasonable or unsuitable to do so.
Once an order is placed, adjustments and alterations may only be made at the discretion of Chaqueta Cakes on an
individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse any adjustments and alterations after an order is finalized.
Once a collection time has been agreed upon it is your responsibility to adhere to the chosen time and date. Failure to do so
will result in your order being resold. Any rescheduled collection times will be solely at Chaqueta Cakes discretion and
cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.
Due to the perishable nature of these products I do not recommend keeping longer than three days.
There are no refunds available on any perishable item.
Refrigeration can alter the flavor and texture of the product. Store in a cool, dry place if necessary.
Any allergies must be declared at the time of placing your order. Chaqueta Cakes hold no responsibility for any food
allergies or reactions that are not declared at time of purchase.
Due to the nature of these products I cannot always guarantee 100% uniformity in colors from order to
order, separate batches may vary slightly, however I always endeavor to keep consistency.
Customer design specifications are available via drop down selections within the online shop. Final
designs and variants thereof are at the final discretion of Chaqueta Cakes to ensure the best possible result for each
individual customer.
Different sized cakes/cupcakes/bouquets/desserts contain different variants of design and colors. Final design
specifications are at Chaqueta Cakes discretion.
If you are in any way unhappy with your order please inform me promptly so that I can rectify any issues
in a timely fashion. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued without return of product. 

Disputing payments of a completed transaction will get you banned from any future order with Chaqueta Cakes and refused future service. I am a small business and cannot tolerate being taken advantage of.  I put everything into my desserts and do my best to please my customers. Breaking that trust is non-negotiable.
